什麼是susceptibility genes

讀到一段話:Mitochondrial dysfunction

oxidative stress

and protein mishandling have a central role in Parkinson\'s disease(PD) pathogenesis

and that in sporadic PD these processes are induced by non-genetic factors

probably in interaction with susceptibility genes.既然跟gene無關

那susceptibility genes是什麼呢
粒腺體功能缺陷、氧化壓力以及蛋白質誤操作對於帕金森氏病（PD）的發病都扮演重要角色

在偶發的帕金森氏病例中這些過程是被非遺傳因素所誘發出來

可能就是在感受性基因（或易感受基因）相互作用的時候。
